Public whirlpools demand the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for all users. Lifetech’s advanced technologies deliver crystal-clear water, significantly reduce chemical use, and create a healthier, more comfortable environment for guests. By removing harmful trichloramine, improving air and water quality, and reducing Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Lifetech systems set a new benchmark for hygiene and efficiency in public whirlpools.

Products - Chemical-free technology

For public whirlpools, Lifetech’s UV and AOP systems deliver clean, chemical-free water, enhancing hygiene and providing a better experience for guests.

Products - Private whirpools

What is a healthy pool? Chemical-free technology

Achieve a healthy pool with Lifetech's advanced technologies, reducing harmful contaminants, minimizing chemical use, and enhancing water and air quality while preventing skin irritation, respiratory issues, and structural corrosion.

Low-pressure UV lamps operate on a single-wavelength radiation principle, typically around 254 nm. This specific wavelength is highly effective in inactivating microorganisms by directly damaging their DNA. While the targeted wavelength ensures efficient pathogen control, it consumes less energy

Medium-pressure UV lamps operate on the broad-spectrum radiation principle, spanning from 200 to 600 nm. This broad range of wavelengths enhances their effectiveness by increasing the number of pathogens they can target. Furthermore, this broad-spectrum UV radiation permanently disrupts the DNA of microorganisms, preventing any possibility of DNA repair and reactivation.

The high oxidation potential of ozone can be significantly increased by combining it with UV radiation. This method is known as advanced oxidation or UV oxidation. LIFETECH has developed its own LifeOX® technology based on optimised synergy between ozone and UV radiation.

The advanced oxidation process (AOP) is today's best water treatment technology. AOP is based on the formation of OH- radicals in the water. These OH- radicals have considerably higher oxidation potential compared to other water treatment oxidants. This means that OH- radicals (i.e., AOP technology) are able to oxidise particles in water much faster and more efficiently. The comparison can be found in the chart above. OH- radicals have a higher oxidation potential than hydrogen peroxide or ozone. The higher the oxidation potential, the more effective the water disinfection and purification.
